Return Policy and Procedure
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused item within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition.

Important Notice:
Our shop covers all shipping and export fees from the country of origin; however, the customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and tracking the shipment once shipping details are shared. Any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If a package is undeliverable due to customer error, such as an incorrect address, absence at delivery, or refusal to accept the package, it will not be eligible for return or refund. Additionally, if the shipment is rejected by the buyer due to destination country taxes or fees, no refund will be issued. Packages that cannot be delivered or are rejected by the customer will not qualify for return or refund under any circumstances. We strongly encourage customers to review and comply with their local customs regulations and ensure they are available to receive their shipment at the designated address.

Free Shipping and Partial Refunds:
If your order qualifies for free shipping (e.g., over $90) and you return items that reduce the remaining total below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. For example, if you return items and the total value of the remaining products falls under $90, the shipping fee will be subtracted from the total refund amount.

Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your package, but you must notify us within 7 days.

Return Process Updates:
You will be updated via message or email regarding your return status.

Refund Timeline:
Refunds are processed within 1-7 business days after receiving the item, depending on your bank's procedures. Please check with your bank for updates on your statement.

Refund Not Appearing:
Refunds are always made on time by our side. If you don't see the refund within two statement cycles, please contact your bank and provide the proof of refund from us.

Non-Returnable Items:

You can return all items excluding; Bridal Hijabs and also Custom-made products which were differently manufactured from their standard specifications referring to the customer's special request. Due to their custom nature, bridal hijabs and custom-made items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. If you're unsure about colors or specifications, please share your dress photos with us before placing an order.

Important Notice Regarding Shipping Information:
To ensure a smooth and timely delivery of your order, it is essential that all customers provide their complete shipping address in English characters. It is necessary to provide address in English characters for our shipping partners to process and deliver your order efficiently.

In cases where an order is placed with incomplete or incorrect information (e.g., an address provided in non-English characters), we will contact you via the email address associated with your order to request the correct details. If we do not receive a response with the required information within seven (7) days of our initial email, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Upon cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

This policy ensures that we can provide the best service while avoiding unnecessary delays in processing and shipping your order. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
